Pet Stain and Odor Removal in New Jersey

When your pet has an accident, call New Jersey Carpet Cleaning for help.  We tackle the source of the problem by using specialized products that will remove the bacteria which causes the offending odor.  Our enzymatic neutralizers will remove the odors and our cleaning methods will remove the spots so that your carpeting does not need to be replaced.

The first line of defense for stain fighting is to take steps to remedy the situation as soon as possible. First, we suggest that when cleaning carpet stains such as urine, blot up as much as possible with an absorbent white cloth. Using a clean white absorbent cloth, blot the area, pressing down firmly (do not rub) for 30 seconds. Repeat this blotting process until the area is dry.

However, if the pet stain and odor has been setting in the carpet for a while, pet urine and pet odors will permeate from the floor, be it cement or wood. As the pet urine odor dries, the liquid evaporates but the pet urine crystals, which consist of bacteria, uric acid, urea, proteins, hormones, and other ingredients, become even concentrated and pungent. Simple cleaning will not remove this pet odor. Disinfectants and perfumes will not remove the Pet odor smell. It takes specialized chemicals which most carpet cleaners are not certified or trained to use. If the odor persists, call us immediately.

New Jersey Carpet Cleaning’s professional technicians are highly trained and certified in the field of pet stain and pet odor removal. Our pet stain and odor removal process depends on what kind of stain we have to deal with and remove; weather these are stains like red wine, dog stains, pet urine, cat urine, feces, vomit, grease, rust, or spaghetti sauce. Once we have determined what kind of stain that is, we choose the right product for the stain, and begin to safely remove it.

At New Jersey Carpet Cleaning we know that anyone who has ever owned a dog or a cat knows all about cleaning carpet pet stains. As well behaved as most of our pets are, accidents do happen. Even with the best training, every pet makes a mess on the rug at one point or another. The good thing is that most of these messes can be cleaned. However, when it comes to pet urine, unfortunately, urine can saturate absorbent materials such as carpet, well beyond the surface area that can effectively be cleaned. Remember, it is extremely difficult to remove all of the urine from the carpet fibers, carpet backing and padding underneath, thereby creating ideal conditions for bacteria and mold growth. You might need to replace the padding underneath.

At New Jersey Carpet Cleaning we always strive for excellence in both quality work and customer service. Give us a call to find out how we can help you with all your pet stain and pet odor removal from your carpets, rugs or upholstered furniture.
